Do you prefer writing by hand, typing, or something else?
In this week’s video, I did a deep dive into the research behind writing by hand to determine whether it’s really better for creative writers.
Spoiler alert: I found that there are pros and cons, but ultimately the best tool depends on your comfort with the technology AND what exactly you’re trying to accomplish with the piece of writing.
I’m interested in hearing what your preferences are though. Do you write by hand or type more? Or do you use another tool altogether? E-ink tablet, typewriter, dictation. And how do you decide when to use which writing instrument?
