1. Be kind and respectful

We value diversity and encourage open-mindedness. Treat all members with respect, kindness, and empathy. We will not tolerate discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or any form of bullying.
2. Respect intellectual property
No plagiarism.
Do not plagiarize or infringe on the work of others. Always give proper credit when sharing ideas, writing, or other content. If you encounter plagiarism, please report it immediately.
3. Avoid spam and irrelevant posts

Keep the community meaningful and engaging:
- Avoid spam or repetitive posts.
- Self-promotion is only allowed in designated areas.
4. One account per person
There’s only one of you.
Each member should have a single account. Do not impersonate other members or create multiple accounts.
5. Groups and forums
Whisper, don’t shout.
- Respect privacy: Don’t share personal information about yourself or others. Remember, even private groups and forums are visible to all Writing Woods members.
- Follow forum-specific rules: Some forums may have additional guidelines.
6. Private messaging

- Use private messages responsibly.
- Do not harass, spam, or send unwanted content to other members.
- Respect members’ boundaries and privacy.
7. Reporting and moderation
Help our forest thrive.
We provide tools for reporting inappropriate content or behavior. If you see a violation of these guidelines, please report it to help us maintain a safe and welcoming space.
We actively moderate the community but do not read every post. We may remove content that violates these guidelines at our discretion.
